Miss Nora is quite the songstress these days - she wakes up singing about 75% of the time, she sings her baby doll to sleep regularly, and sometimes she just breaks into song in the middle of the day for no apparent reason. We've been trying to catch it on video for a few weeks, but she usually notices and stops. She was really into this one and Chris was a stealthy cameraman.
We had a wonderful long weekend in NJ/NYC last weekend, and we have lots of pictures and stories and movies to post. I promise we'll do that soon!
musings on parenthood and endless descriptions and pictures of the babies bongorno and all their new tricks.

Yellow Springs weekend
We spent last weekend in beautiful, sunny Yellow Springs. It was perfect weather (80's and sunny) and we spent a lot of time outside. Nora particularly enjoyed pouring water from one bucket to another with a mug - she spent literally hours diligently moving the water back and forth. I think it was the most focused I've ever seen her. Here's a taste:
She's also picked up a number of words this past week. I'm sure I'll forget some, but here's what I remember now (in addition to those listed in the last post): bubbles (for bubble bath), bus, blue (short for blueberries, a la Tiger), juice, toes, shoes, ouch, walk walk, choo choo.
And, some pictures:
